All funds raised going to the Channel relay attempt.

Land/Circuit Training

Scarborough Sports Centre, Filey Road

This strength and conditioning training involves cardiovascular, core and strength work in a group session, and compliments your usual swimming training.

Takes place every Friday at the Scarborough Sports Centre.

  • 4:30pm – 5:15pm or
  • 5:15pm – 6:00pm

Places are limited so please see Ginny at the front desk to book your place.

The Scarborough and District Swimming Association News

The Scarborough and District Swimming Association are proposing a new league (working title: The Borders league) that will operate between the Friendly League and the Ridings League.
