Summer Training Schedule
(21st July - 31st August 2008)
No training 21st July - 4th August 2008
5th - 31st August 2008:
Tuesday: 5.30am - 7.30am (See Phil for attendance)
Friday: 5.30am - 7.30am
Saturday: 7.00 - 9.00am; small pool - 8.00-9.00am
Sunday: 5.00 - 7.00pm
No training at Filey Swimming Pool.
Next Club Night: Wednesday 3rd September 2008.
Long Distance Lake Training
Training will continue as usual throughout the summer holidays:
Tuesday evenings at 6.30pm
